Golf Courses Costa del Sol Spain - Points to Remember
- Slope rating – which is not used in the UK gives an indication of the difficulty of the courses according to the play of an average golfer.
- The higher the number, the more difficult the course.
- Slopes go from 55 to 155 with ‘average’ being 113.
- Not all golf courses have been rated, but for those that have we show the slope for the course from the yellow tees.
- Many of the courses insist on the wearing of soft spikes & several request handicap certificates.
- All courses on the costa del sol are 18 holes unless stated otherwise.
- All courses have excellent facilities including restaurant, bar & showers etc.
- Travel times are only a guide and times of the day and heavy traffic need to be taken into consideration.
