Santa Clara Golf Club
Situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella with luxurious apartments and villas grouped around the dramatic greens and fairways of the golf course.
The long awaited Santa Clara golf course opened for play in the early summer of 2001. For months motorists had pondered longingly at its greens, as they sped past on the N-340 just outside Marbella opposite the Los Montrose hotel. Enrique Canales the golf course designer and the Santa Clara owners are perfectionists so there was no hurry to open.
A new design concept, it is described as parkland, a few gradients, large bunkers & many trees and also ‘boasts’ 75% surface as ‘non-rough’.
This course offers a spectacular and unforgettable round of golf, offering a moderately difficult challenge that will suit players of all abilities.
